Module 1:
Examining the Structure of the Business Understanding if your business started off on the right foot is important. There are structural areas of a business’ foundation that if not done the right way that is applicable to your business, could prohibit it from reaching optimal performance. Student-owners will learn what they did right, what they did wrong and how to correct those areas. |
Module 3:
How to Reach Profit Maximization Most business owners get consumed with the business so much that they leave a lot of money on the table. Maximizing profit doesn’t always come in the form of increasing work, expanding hours or sacrificing more hours of your day. Using dual-sales methods are just one of the ways to expand a bottom line. Student-owners will learn very strategic ways to boost their bottom line. |
Module 4:
How to Become a More Competitive Brand Competition often keeps owners up at night. It sometimes causes owners to become desperate and make frantic decisions. This enhances stress levels and puts owners in a state of duress. This module will help owners set themselves apart from the competition that way there becomes no competition. |
Module 5:
How to Build a Customer Friendly Business There are a few things customers need to see and feel when they do business with you. If you are having trouble retaining customers, getting them to refer you to their friends or getting them to buy more products/services from you than what’s only available at your business then you are doing a few things wrong. In your mind, you may think you’re doing everything perfect, especially if you operate the same in your business as you do in your personal life. That behavior makes everything seem normal. This module will help you capitalize on areas that you can exploit and become the business your customers endear. |
Module 8:
How to Get Business from Corporations and Government Not all businesses a “shovel ready’ or have the capacity to work with or fulfill the needs of larger entities such as corporations and government. It isn’t just about having the legal documents and the means to deliver. There’s more to it than that. Don’t let anyone fool you. Student-owners will learn how to prepare, approach, deliver and retain doing business with corporations and government. |
Module 9:
How to Incorporate a Repeatable Sales Strategy So many owners in the market are not sales people. They are sometimes much more creative than “business”. However, without a concrete sales plan, owners find themselves struggling to convert their target audience into buying customers. There are ways to do so without getting a PhD in Sales. We share our tested formula with our student-owners in this class where sales no longer really remain an issue. |
Module 10:
How to Grow and Survive in Business Too many people live on the cycle of "starting and stopping businesses" ever few years. They say every business has a lifespan. This is true. However, some companies go out of business well before the market forced it to. This was due to poor operational and strategic foundations. Recessions, competition, improper growth and shifting trends are some top reasons for the demise of non-strategic companies. This class will teach students how to grow, sustain and survive. |
Module 11:
How to Run a Multi-Location Business If there is one thing we strongly believe in is having more than one location of your business. It does a lot for the culture of your workplace. However, getting to this place is a vulnerable and critical experience simply because you are unable to be in the same place at the same time. Don’t stress over that though. We have found ways to combat that issue and we share and teach those ways in this module. |
Module 12:
Power Accounting II - Financial Accounting for Small Businesses This is the part II of our Power Accounting module. Student-owners are taught more advanced techniques to managing their financial resources. Multiple locations, expansion, advanced payrolling are only are few of the considerations covered in the advanced module. |
