Power Enterpriser Program
Below you will find our training outline for the SMART Business Academy's "Power Enterpriser" program. This program teaches student-enterprisers how to masterfully further their enterprises into global generational businesses.
This program consists of 6 PowerShop Modules designed to help student-enterprisers gain better positioning in their industry and marketplace.
This is a 6-month program that students attend for one 1-day weekend every month in Atlanta, Georgia.
Program runs for 12 months in select cities outside of Atlanta. Live Modules are 4 hours in length. Registration is easy.

Module 1:
How to Build a Mission-Driven Enterprise 500 Businesses that stabilize beyond their 7-year mark and moved past that 10-year mark must have a mission beyond quarterly profits. Businesses are responsible for the quality of life in communities and ultimately determine its end-goal for its existence. Module 2:
How to Enterprise Multiple Business Locations 501 Some businesses suffer when they expand. This is often due to the deterioration of the “enterprising” model in additional locations. This module will help student-enterprisers maintain the level of enterprising in all locations the company operates out of. Module Highlights: Strategic Development |
Module 3:
How to Become a Franchise Company 503 Student-enterprisers will be introduced to the journey in becoming a franchise. This module will be facilitated by franchise professionals. Module 4:
How to Make the Best Use of Profits 505 Profits shouldn’t only be used to grow the business that generated the profit nor should it be used to just produce dividends and windfall bonuses to the executive team. There are other purposes for the profit. This module helps the student-enterpriser understand how to operate on regenerative profits using an investment and conglomerate model. Module 5:
How to Use Corporate Finance Strategies to Extend the Life of the Company 509 There are financially strategic things that companies can use to its advantage to help propel itself into decades in business. One main thing is the treatment of its workforce. A committed workforce would help the company minimize damage, identify opportunities and protect its survivability. Financially reinvesting it the workforce is crucial. This module will teach ways for company leadership to run a selfless society, while ensuring all regulations are being followed and obligations are being met. Module 6:
How to Prepare the Business for the Next Generation 507 More businesses die sooner than they should simply because there wasn’t a strong succession plan. This model teaches the enterpriser how to best construct a succession plan and the terms of the successors that ascend to the helm of the company. Selecting the best successors are also rolled into the training contained in this model and most people would be surprised to know who makes the best successors based on their enterprise.
